You will handle phone, email, chat and other channels, document interactions, collaborate with internal teams, and stay up to date with products and policies through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn.
