BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional, personalized assistance across phone, email, chat, and other channels. You will identify needs, offer effective solutions, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow in the Travel field

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and helpful information.
• Resolve questions, concerns, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.
• Guide customers through processes, platforms, products, or services when assistance is needed.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and a seamless customer experience.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, procedures, and policies through training
