Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a freelance Sales Manager B2B based in France to drive sales of our AI-powered software and consulting offerings in the German market. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, working with product teams and management to execute go-to-market strategies.

The role offers high autonomy, fully remote work, flexible hours, and the potential to significantly expand revenue and market presence across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable qualification.
• At least 5–8 years of professional experience in B2B solution sales, with a proven record of success.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell software solutions and professional consulting services to business customers across the German market.
• Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B customers while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Coordinate with product teams, sales specialists, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market expansion plans.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records.
