Job summary

Work With Island is seeking an apprentice in Direct Sales France to build a robust sales pipeline and autonomously drive deals from outreach to closure. You will collaborate with Laurine, the Sales Manager Direct France, to boost our commercial engine and ensure high-quality follow-up for a rapidly expanding portfolio while actively hunting new partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student in Business School or equivalent, in final year (M2).
• At least 1 year proven sales or business development experience (internship or apprenticeship).
• Hunter mindset: comfortable cold calling and achieving targets.
• Mastery of sales/negotiation techniques and fast tool adoption (HubSpot, Aircall, Notion, Canva, LinkedIn).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, autonomy, proactivity, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Generation & Full Sales Cycle: hunt for new leads and own the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Account Management & Follow-up: re-engage with small accounts and qualify opportunities for senior sales members.
• Deal Qualification & Sales Support: coordinate with Account Executives to advance opportunities and ensure momentum.
• Lead Reactivation & Events: revive dormant opportunities and follow up from trade shows and events.
