A visionary energy startup is seeking an experienced professional to establish and grow the business in France. You will lead market entry, customer acquisition, and build partnerships while ensuring a proactive sales cycle. Ideal candidates have over 5 years in B2B Sales and Business Development, a startup mentality, and are fluent in French and English. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development (B2B) with complex products.
  • Ideally experienced in PropTech/Real Estate/Energy industries.
  • High willingness to travel frequently within France and occasionally to Germany.

Responsabilités

  • Open the French market for Green Fusion and build the business from the ground up.
  • Create and execute the go-to-market plan.
  • Identify and acquire new customers and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Build partnerships and develop scalable lead channels.
  • Ensure CRM discipline, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Gather market feedback and insights.
