Johnson & Johnson, Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, seeks an Employee and Labor Relations (ERLR) Manager for France. You will influence ER/LR policy, manage daily operations, and drive strategic HR projects across France & Maghreb.

The role reports into the Global Services HR organization and requires collaboration with multiple HR partners. You will lead negotiations for CBAs, wage and policy changes, and ensure adherence to the Credo while delivering high-quality ERLR services.

Formación

• Bachelor degree required; Master preferred in employment/labor law, HR or related fields.
• English and French proficiency is required.
• Significant (minimum 7 years) dynamic HR experience.
• Experience in managing complex labor relations (Works Councils, Unions, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with leaders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Employee and Labor Relations (ERLR) for France with policy ownership and project delivery.
• Lead labor relations strategy and negotiations of CBAs within scope.
• Conduct investigations and handle grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Develop HR analytics and reporting to drive data-based decisions for HR and the organization.
• Collaborate with BU HR, legal, and other partners to ensure SLAs and continuous improvement.
