RIOT is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in Paris. You will drive the sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers and generating high-quality leads for Account Executives.

You’ll conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone, qualify leads, and book meetings. Fluency in English and native French are required; remote work is allowed up to two days per month with on-site office in Paris République/Canal Saint-Martin.

Qualifications

• Outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Identify decision-makers and assess needs to qualify fit.
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives to move deals forward.
• Research target industries and tailor outreach.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead conversion.
