Job summary

Enterprise Agentic AI seeks a Managing Director, Southern Europe based in France, overseeing France, Iberia, Italy, Greece, and more. The role drives regional strategy, revenue, and multi-country programme delivery, embedding senior leadership across markets, and representing the company at executive levels.

Reporting to the Founder and CEO, you will lead strategic deals, build country leadership, and shape the regional growth agenda in a high-growth AI enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with a proven record of building and scaling enterprise business across Southern European markets, including France.
• Experience leading a region or multi-country business with country leaders reporting in.
• Credibility with boards, investors and regulators across finance, telco, utilities or similar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for Southern Europe, starting with France.
• Own regional revenue, pipeline, forecasting and performance across multiple markets.
• Lead and develop country leadership teams; build a high-performing regional organisation.
• Close large, multi-country enterprise deals and manage key client relationships.
