Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Director of Sales, Southern Europe to own regional commercial strategy and execution across France, Italy, Iberia, and the Mediterranean. You will lead a team including Account Executives, Account Managers, and Account Solutions Architects, driving new logos and expanding existing customers.

You will recruit, develop talent, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver coordinated outcomes, with high-value, multi-year deals and strategic market growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology sales.
• 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience closing high-value, multi-year deals.
• Fluent English and French language skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Own the Southern Europe business including strategy and revenue performance.
• Develop multi-year market-capture plan for France, Italy, Iberia, and the Mediterranean.
• Design segmentation, territory, and coverage models.
• Build and scale regional sales organization and leadership.
• Lead Account Executives and Managers with clear expectations.
• Close complex, multi-year agreements with senior stakeholders.
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline, risk, and capacity.
