Aldwych Consulting Ltd. is recruiting a Construction EHS Manager to support a major pharmaceutical capital programme in France. The role focuses on leading EHS management across live operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe execution of the 18–24 month project.

You will review RAMS and contractor plans, perform site inspections and drive incident investigations, while collaborating with project teams to maintain safety and operational continuity on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in construction health, safety and environmental management.
• Experience on major capital projects in pharma/life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and standards.
• Experience managing main contractors and subcontractors.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction EHS management and assurance across the programme.
• Review contractor EHS plans, RAMS and construction methodologies.
• Undertake site inspections, audits and assurance activities.
• Investigate incidents and support lessons learned.
• Promote a positive safety culture across the site.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, project management and operations teams.
