V7 Recruitment seeks an experienced EHS Advisor to join a leading international contractor on a major pharmaceutical project in France. The role is site-based and supports EHS activities through to April 2027, with start in September 2026.

The ideal candidate has strong on-site EHS experience in regulated environments, fluent French, and rights to work in France; pharmaceutical experience is preferred but not essential.

• Fluent French essential.
• EU passport / right to work in France.
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and project teams.

Responsabilités

• Support site-based EHS activities through to April 2027.
• Ensure compliance with French HSE regulations and requirements.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to promote safety culture.
• Assist with incident investigations and near-miss reporting.
• Coordinate with project teams on environmental health and safety matters.

EHS Advisor - France | Pharmaceutical Project

We’re currently looking for an experienced EHS Advisor to join a leading international contractor on a major pharmaceutical project in France, supporting site-based EHS activities through to April 2027.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong on-site EHS experience who is comfortable working in a highly regulated, high-standard construction environment.

The role:

• Location: France - Strasbourg region
• Start: September 2026
• Contract: September 2026 - April 2027
• Site-based EHS position
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred, but not essential
• Previous on-site EHS/HSE experience within construction or industrial environments
• Strong understanding of French HSE regulations and requirements
• Fluent French is essential
• EU passport / right to work in France essential
• Confident working with contractors, site management and project teams
• Available to commence in September

Pharmaceutical experience would be ideal, but we're also open to candidates from data centres, industrial, manufacturing, energy or other highly regulated environments with strong site-based EHS experience.
