Aldwych Consulting Ltd in France is seeking an experienced Construction Manager/Project Manager to provide senior leadership and technical assurance on a major pharmaceutical capital programme at a live facility. You will operate client-side to safeguard safety, quality and continuity across construction delivery.

This role requires fluency in French and English, strong contractor and stakeholder management, and the ability to challenge constructively while aligning with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant construction leadership on large, technically complex capital programmes.
• Experience client-side for consultancies, EPCM, or major contractors.
• Strong constructability, methodology and delivery strategy knowledge.
• Excellent EHS and risk management understanding.
• Experience in pharma, life sciences or regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide client-side construction leadership and technical authority across the programme.
• Lead constructability reviews and evaluate execution strategies.
• Review methodologies, sequencing and contractor plans.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Oversee contractor activities and performance.
• Support planning, logistics and interface management.
• Ensure EHS is embedded in construction strategy and execution.
• Provide technical challenge and assurance to contractors and teams.
• Support resolution of complex construction/engineering issues.
• Ensure activities suit live operational manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, EHS, commissioning and operations.
• Support successful completion, commissioning and handover.
