Aldwych Consulting is supporting a major European pharmaceutical capital programme in France with a senior Construction Manager/Project Manager to provide leadership and technical assurance during execution in a live manufacturing environment.
The role requires fluency in French and English, strong constructability oversight, and close collaboration with engineering, project management, EHS, commissioning and operations to ensure safe, compliant delivery and successful handover.

I'm working with a construction consultancy client supporting the delivery of a major capital investment programme at a live pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in France.
They are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager/Project Manager to provide senior construction leadership and technical assurance throughout the execution phase of the programme.
This is a substantial circa €350m investment, involving the delivery of three new production lines alongside significant infrastructure upgrades. With approximately 18-24 months of construction remaining, this is an opportunity to play an influential role on a technically complex project where safety, quality, operational continuity and compliance are critical.
Working in a client-side capacity, you will provide construction expertise and oversight across the programme, ensuring construction strategy and delivery are technically robust, safe and aligned with project requirements.
