Aikido Security in Paris is seeking an all-round salesperson to join our growing startup. You will wear multiple hats, manage opportunities, follow up inbound leads, and drive outbound prospecting to close deals for the French market.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with room to own campaigns and contribute to growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is medior/senior, with CRM experience, a self-starting, tech-savvy mindset, and a willingness to travel to events and conferences across

Qualifications

• Medior/Senior profile with sales experience inside tech/security.
• Experience with CRM, outbounding, prospecting sequences and cold calling.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with security concepts.
• Hungry, autonomous and delivery-focused mindset.
• Based in or near Paris, with willingness to travel for events.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales opportunities and advance deals end-to-end.
• Follow up on inbound leads to convert to opportunities.
• Outbound and prospect to create new pipeline.
• Run sales cycles and close deals with customers.
• Help with growth initiatives and account expansion.
• Be involved in all things France (events, conferences).
