Base360.ai is seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to drive growth among short-term rental operators and property managers. You will own channels, run campaigns across paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, and partnerships, and translate insights into qualified leads and demo bookings.

Working directly with the founder, you will experiment rapidly, build the growth engine from scratch, and have ownership from day one.

• Bonus: B2B SaaS experience or marketing to property managers.

Responsabilités

• Own a growth channel end to end — set strategy, launch campaigns, and own results.
• Generate qualified leads and demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Understand customers: how property managers operate and what drives switches.
• Run experiments fast: test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works.
• Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content, and automation.
• Build funnels and landing pages that convert from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning and messaging.
