Job summary

Joko is seeking a Finance Leader to build and scale the company’s finance function across FP&A, accounting, and procurement. You will own planning, forecasting, cash management, and multi-entity structuring while partnering with the COO and founders on strategic investments and market expansion.

You will lead a lean team, recruit as the function grows, and implement processes that enable rapid decision-making across France, Spain, and the US. Fluency in English required; French a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in traditional finance and high-growth tech.
• Experience across FP&A, accounting/controls, and financing/procurement.
• Proven leadership with track record of building and scaling a finance function.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Finance team across FP&A, Finance Operations, and Procurement.
• Own planning and reporting: budget, forecast, actuals by line and geography.
• Run monthly/annual close, controls, and group consolidation.
• Manage cash, financing, multi-currency flows and banking relationships.
• Structure a multi-entity group with intercompany processes.
• Be the financial voice at leadership: partner with COO and founders.
• Support investor relations: forecasting and fundraising prep.
• Drive cost efficiency with budget owners and supplier negotiations.
• Leverage AI to automate reporting, reconciliation, and data extraction.
• Coordinate with external partners: accountants and auditors.
