Jobgether is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead regional financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will guide a team of analysts, build sophisticated financial models, and translate data into strategic insights for senior leaders and department heads.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IR, and Product teams to strengthen reporting, support IPO readiness, and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-growing, international tech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience leading analysts and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Deliver executive reporting and dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze performance, KPIs, variances and provide recommendations.
• Drive commercial and strategic analyses for growth opportunities.
• Manage models, analytics frameworks and BI tooling for reporting.
