Job summary

Joko in Paris is seeking a senior finance leader to build and scale the core finance function. You will recruit a team across FP&A, Finance Operations, and Procurement, and you will own planning, forecasting, and cash management for multiple markets including France, Spain, and the US.

You will partner with the COO and co-founders on expansion, investment, and pricing, while driving AI-powered automation to augment analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance, including FP&A, accounting, and financing.
• Hands-on leader who can recruit and build a finance team.
• Experience in a high-growth tech company or scale-up with multi-entity work.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Finance team across FP&A, operations, and procurement.
• Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals across geographies and business lines.
• Run month-end close, controls, consolidation planning under IFRS as entities grow.
• Manage cash, working capital, and financing relationships across markets.
• Structure a multi-entity group and coordinate with external partners.
• Be the financial voice at leadership table and support investor relations.
• Drive cost efficiency with budget owners and AI-enabled automation.
