Joko is seeking a Growth Software Engineer to scale user and business growth across France, Spain, and beyond. You will collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing to drive experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You will own end-to-end growth initiatives, from onboarding enhancements to retention improvements, and contribute to the international expansion strategy as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, consumer-focused product.
• Shipped features end-to-end with measurable impact.
• Comfort across the stack: front, back, infra.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and ship growth experiments across the user journey.
• Develop features for onboarding, retention, and engagement.
• Run AB tests at scale with data-driven decision making.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate based on user feedback.
• Serve as a bridge between business, product, and engineering.
• Support international expansion by adapting product for new markets.
