Job summary

Joko, a Paris-based AI-driven shopping platform, is hiring a Finance Manager for Finance Operations. You’ll own reliability and timeliness of financial data, set calendars, and drive standards across a multi-entity, multi-country accounting backbone as the company scales globally.

You’ll work with a BizOps partner to automate processes, partner with external accounting, and support IPO readiness. French GAAP, IFRS exposure, and strong accounting discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience, with foundation in accounting or audit (Big 4 or equivalent).
• In-house scale-up experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of French GAAP and treasury fundamentals.
• IFRS exposure is a plus and multilingual ability is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the closing calendar for monthly and annual periods with internal and external partners.
• Manage the legal reporting package: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow on time.
• Oversee AP/AR end-to-end, invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Lead international accounting build-out as entities and markets expand (IFRS).
• Own cash management, reconciliation, and treasury activities.
• Be the main contact for banking and accounting partners, supporting auditors toward IPO readiness.
• Document and strengthen financial processes and controls with Automation support.
