Job summary

Joko in Paris is seeking a strategic, cross-functional operator for the CEO Office. You will work directly with founders to tackle high-impact projects, support multiple teams, and drive initiatives across finance, operations, and recruitment in a fast-scaling environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Finance, Consulting, or Startups, a top-tier business or engineering education, and fluency in English (French a bonus). Paris or Barcelona location with remote-friendly setup offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5y experience in Finance, Consulting or Startups.
• Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-team support across multiple departments on time-bound initiatives.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and act as a bridge between teams and the CEO Office.
• Define and track quarterly and annual objectives, supporting performance reviews.
• Contribute to recruitment goals and strategic initiatives within a fast-scaling company.
