Snibe in Paris, France seeks a regional technical support professional to ensure Maglumi system performance across sites. You will work with distributors, assist with installation, maintenance, and trials, and provide on-site support to keep customers satisfied.

The role requires travel within the country and neighboring regions, plus strong English communication and ability to train local engineers while building durable customer relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in medical/biomedical science.
• At least 2 years’ experience in diagnostics instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel frequently domestically or to neighboring countries.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong capability in business expansion and account management.

6. Back-up other Technical support specialists during heavy workload and when required;

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree or above, majoring in medical, bio-medical engineering, Life science, biology or related disciplines;


2. At least 2 years’ experience worked in diagnostics instrumentation troubleshooting;


3. Be able to travel frequently in the interior of the country or neighboring countries;


4. Excellent communication skills in English;


5. Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
