MicroPort CardioFlow is seeking an Electrophysiology Product Specialist to provide expert clinical product support and training to physicians and EP lab staff across Europe. You will assist sales teams, participate in tenders, and contribute to marketing activities while staying aware of market trends.

The role requires strong English, biomedical engineering background, and willingness to travel across Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Switzerland).

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Technical product knowledge and ability to explain complex clinical details.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Experience in similar roles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Product Manager in marketing activities (tenders, presentations, congresses).

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Electrophysiology Product Specialist thatwill provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, electrophysiology (EP) Lab Staff and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Electrophysiology systems during case procedures within the entire country territory, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals. In addition, the Electrophysiology Product Specialist will support the Product Manager in several marketing activities (i.e. analysis and participation to tenders, preparation of presentation for customers or internal staff, participation to congresses).

Location: Europe. The country of residence is flexible and can be discussed; ready to travel to support cases around Europe mainly Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Switzerland.

Your missions will be as follows

• Provide high level technical assistance and training to physicians
• Meeting with customers to discuss their needs, building rapport with them, and providing product recommendations
• Presenting products to customers through verbal descriptions or demonstrations
• Reviewing customer orders for accuracy in pricing, quantity, terms, and other details
• Presenting product samples to customers for evaluation purposes such as new products or items being considered for purchase
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products based on knowledge of products and brand offerings
• Working with vendors to order new products or out-of-stock items
• Recommending new products based on customer preferences and needs
• Coordinating deliveries of products to customers, including arranging for shipping and scheduling pickup times
• Managing inventory by ordering supplies from manufacturers and distributors based on sales trends and forecasts of future demand
• Analyzing tender documents and preparing technical sheets and reports for participation
• Continuous improvement through lecture of papers, participation to webinar and forums
• Updating about competitors’ products, new technologies and market trends

• Master’s degree in biomedical engineering or similar would-be a plus
• Preferable minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in international markets would be a plus
• Knowledge of the Electrophysiology market would be a plus
