• Investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.
• Identify the underlying causes of technical issues through analysis and diagnostics.
• Guide customers through problem‑solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.
• Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests.
• Plan and execute on‑site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.
• Perform scheduled on‑site interventions to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer
• Min 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma )
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability to travel globally 70%
