Job summary

Snibe in Paris, France seeks a regional technical support professional to ensure Maglumi system performance across sites. You will work with distributors, assist with installation, maintenance, and trials, and provide on-site support to keep customers satisfied.

The role requires travel within the country and neighboring regions, plus strong English communication and ability to train local engineers while building durable customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in medical/biomedical science.
• At least 2 years’ experience in diagnostics instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel frequently domestically or to neighboring countries.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong capability in business expansion and account management.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributors; improve the satisfaction of end-users.
• Support registration work, including installation, maintenance and perform clinical and technical trial.
• Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributors and end-users.
• Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers.
• Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributors, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills.
• Back-up other Technical support specialists during heavy workload and when required.
