Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, inspect, and maintain medical equipment on site in Angers, France. You will train biomedical teams and end users, and manage your daily schedule to plan visits.

You will document work performed, report improvement opportunities, and escalate issues as needed. Strong English and Windows/networking knowledge are essential; CRM experience is a plus and a customer‑focused mindset is required.

Qualifications

• Bac+2 in electronics/EE or equivalent field service training.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS and networking.
• Proficient in technical English (reading and writing).
• CRM experience in Salesforce or ServiceMAX is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.

Requirements

• Minimum of a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, GEII, MSMA or equivalent experience in a field service technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking technologies.
• Proficient in technical English (reading and writing).
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, ServiceMAX) is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
