Technogym is seeking a dedicated Services Engineer to act as a customer advocate, ensuring complete satisfaction through installation and service of our equipment. You will help customers with troubleshooting, educate on proper use, and manage service orders in a fast-paced, global environment.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in a similar role, a background in electronics/engineering, and are proactive team players who value safety and quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Diploma / Degree in Electronics & communications or similar.
• Mechanical / electronic engineering skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Knowledge of IT networking is advantage.
• Management of service orders and client requests.

Responsabilités

• Execute field service tasks following defined procedures.
• Provide customer advocacy and ensure complete satisfaction with installations and service.
• Educate customers on proper use and care of equipment.
• Perform root cause analyses and identify proper parts and solutions.
• Manage work orders, service reports, and inventory records.
• Escalate issues and communicate ETA to customers.
• Report service data accurately per procedures.
• Operate equipment and vehicles in compliance with safety guidelines.
