OPENLANE Europe is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Officer who thrives on accuracy and enjoys the details that make a real difference to employees. You will manage payroll and benefits across multiple European countries, ensuring compliance and data integrity in systems like Workday.

You’ll partner with HR, payroll providers and managers, focusing on process improvement, accuracy, and confidentiality. The role requires excellent organizational skills, service mindset, and fluency in English;

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, payroll, business administration, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration or HR operations.
• Experience in an international environment with multiple legal entities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate accurate and timely payroll across multiple European countries and entities.
• Administer a broad range of employee benefits (cars, insurance, pension, mobility).
• Maintain high-quality employee data in Workday and support lifecycle activities.
• Serve as a trusted contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues on payroll and benefits.
• Partner with payroll providers, insurers, brokers and internal stakeholders across Europe.
• Support reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide back-up and country-specific expertise to ensure business continuity.
