myPOS in Paris is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll across multiple European countries and help scale our global payroll operations. You will ensure compliance with local labour laws, payroll taxes, and regulatory requirements while coordinating onboarding and data governance with Deel and HR/Finance teams.

The role demands a track record of managing international payroll, driving governance, and delivering accurate, timely payroll cycles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience, including international, multi-country payroll and leadership experience.
• Experience operating payroll across multiple European jurisdictions, with Italy, France and Germany as strong advantages.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax, statutory compliance and labour law interactions.
• Experience with commission-heavy or variable pay structures.
• Experience with global payroll platforms (Deel strongly preferred) and stabilising payroll operations after a system implementation.

Responsabilités

• Hold end-to-end ownership of payroll across multiple countries, acting as escalation point for failures and regulatory issues.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with local labour laws and requirements.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires in Deel ahead of first pay run.
• Maintain governance framework for payroll data, controls, approvals, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and Deel to keep payroll data consistent and compliant.
• Lead payroll vendor governance and drive issue resolution through root-cause analysis.
• Provide accurate payroll data and reporting for monthly close, accruals, budgeting, forecasting and audits.
