Job summary

myPOS is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll across multiple European countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, payroll tax, and statutory requirements. You will own onboarding, registrations, and transitions in Deel, coordinating with HR Operations, Finance and Tax to stabilise global payroll post-implementation.

The role requires strong leadership, governance and cross-border problem-solving, with an emphasis on accuracy, audit-readiness and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Leadership experience managing payroll teams.
• Strong knowledge of local labour law, payroll tax and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, registrations and terminations in Deel and systems.
• Govern payroll governance framework with clear roles and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax and HR to resolve cross-border issues.
• Lead, develop and coach the payroll team.
