Houlihan Lokey, Inc. seeks an experienced Payroll Practitioner to oversee monthly payrolls across EMEA, reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager. You will collaborate with Workday, HR, and external vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-jurisdictional payroll, strong Excel, and fluency in English. Hybrid work with 2-3 days in Paris or London offices is offered, with a focus on delivering precise payroll services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of advanced multi-jurisdictional EMEA payroll administration.
• Experience with Workday, in-house payroll systems and local partners.
• Understanding of European payroll tax and employment legislation.
• Knowledge of French payroll: Impôt sur le Revenu, cotisations, DSN.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot, reconciliations).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Process monthly payrolls for assigned EMEA countries with country-specific cutoffs.
• Ensure Workday data accuracy for hires, changes, and terminations.
• Coordinate monthly payrolls with outsourced vendors PwC and Papaya.
• Audit deductions, benefits, prorations, and gross-to-net calculations.
• Respond to payroll queries via ServiceNow within SLA.
• Coordinate payments and month-end ledgers for select countries.
