Job summary

myPOS is expanding its finance team and seeking a Payroll Manager to own payroll operations across multiple European countries. You will work with Deel and our HRIS to ensure accurate, on-time payroll, stay compliant with local laws, and drive governance and process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role requires leadership of a payroll function, cross-country collaboration with HR, Tax and Finance, and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must lead multi-country payroll operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Experience implementing or stabilising payroll after system changes.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws, taxes and benefits in multiple EU countries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll across 10+ countries in scope.
• Ensure on-time payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and system setup in Deel for new hires.
• Maintain governance, controls and documentation for payroll.
• Coach and develop payroll team and partners.
