Ramboll is seeking a European Payroll Service Delivery Manager to ensure accurate, compliant payroll across Europe within a hybrid/remote delivery model. You will interface with Ramboll, payroll vendors, HR, Finance, ICT and other stakeholders to own service performance, governance, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-country payroll operations or payroll service delivery within an outsourced or vendor-led model.
• Experience managing third-party payroll vendors, contracts, SLAs, KPIs, governance forums and improvement activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, with ability to influence HR, Finance, ICT and senior leaders.
• Proven ability to lead governance, incident management, projects and continuous improvement.
• Excellent English and German communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational and governance relationship with external payroll providers, including scope and vendor accountability.
• Manage payroll service performance via SLAs, KPIs, calendars, governance meetings, root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Serve as escalation point for HR, Finance, ICT, vendors and senior stakeholders across Europe.
• Support payroll transformation, country onboarding, acquisitions, migrations, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
• Maintain governance, controls, audit readiness, and disaster recovery planning for payroll services.
