Vibe is seeking an HR business partner to own the people strategy for France, Europe, and Asia. You will work closely with the CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering to navigate labor law compliance, employee relations, and strategic talent initiatives within a fast-growing technical organization.

This role offers tangible ownership and cross‑continental exposure in a Walmart-backed environment. You will partner with leaders across regions on onboarding, retention, and organizational design,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as an HRBP or HR generalist in scale-up and larger groups.
• Working knowledge of French labor law and employee relations.
• Experience supporting engineering and product teams.
• Fluency in English and French (working language).
• Familiarity with People programs like Total Rewards, performance cycles, or internal mobility.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders across France, Europe, and Asia on the full talent lifecycle, from onboarding to retention.
• Serve as the primary HR partner to CTO, SVP Product, and SVP Engineering on their technical teams.
• Lead employee relations across France, including everyday cases and complex situations.
• Own compliance with French labor law across all people practices.
• Coach managers to raise the bar on people management.
• Advise on organizational design as the technical org scales.
• Build career frameworks for growth paths in technical teams.
• Adapt company-wide People programs to the local context.
