OpenAI is seeking an HR Business Partner to support growing teams across EMEA, with a focus on France. This role builds scalable, locally compliant people practices and strengthens employee relations as we scale.

You will partner with Legal, Employee Relations, and People Operations to align governance and operating processes for France and across EMEA, ensuring effective support for managers and teams.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of HR experience, including partnering with managers in international environments.
• Experience with French employee relations and CSE/works council structures.
• Familiarity with elections, consultations, governance, and documentation for employee representation.
• Execution-oriented, time-sensitive collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management with milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Manager coaching in performance conversations and organizational change.
• Operational strength to build repeatable people processes.
• Good judgment under pressure while handling sensitive matters.

Responsabilités

• Lead employee-representative work in France, delivering elections, consultations, communications, and governance.
• Establish sustainable employee-relations processes and documentation workflows.
• Guide managers working within French employment and employee-representation frameworks.
• Drive day-to-day HR execution across EMEA with consistent cadence.
• Provide timely guidance on team health, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Operationalize People programs across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA.
• Triages and resolves employee-relations issues with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and recurring process cadence.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, and COEs for a consistent employee experience.
