Vibe is seeking a People Ops professional in Paris to own payroll, HRIS, onboarding, and offboarding across France, the US, and remote locations. You will report to the Senior Global HR Systems and Operations Manager and own contractor operations from timesheets to provisioning files.

You’ll handle employment documents, administer benefits, and support employees with HR inquiries, while leading cross-region projects with clear scope and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payroll, HR administration, or People Ops (apprenticeships count).
• Strong knowledge of French payroll and labour law fundamentals.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort with numbers.
• Project management basics with a defined deadline and scope.

Responsabilités

• Run monthly French payroll with external provider and validate inputs.
• Administer employment documents across France, US, and remote locations.
• Serve as first point of contact for People questions and triage requests.
• Maintain HRIS data hygiene and drive end-to-end People Ops projects.
