Bigblue is seeking an Ops Excellence Manager to improve and standardize warehouse operations across its European fulfillment network. You will diagnose gaps, deploy common SOPs, and lead multi-site improvements with a focus on productivity, quality and cost reduction.

The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and the ability to collaborate with 3PLs and Product & Tech teams. Occasional travel across Europe is expected as the network expands.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or similar field.
• Strong continuous-improvement track record with measurable results.
• Excellent analytical ability to quantify impact in euros, hours and capacity.
• Solid cross-site project management across multiple sites.
• Gemba mindset: observable on the shop floor and test solutions in real conditions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Autonomous, structured, and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose performance gaps using data analysis and Gemba observation across multiple warehousing processes.
• Create and deploy SOPs, KPIs, and management routines across Europe.
• Lead productivity, quality, and cost-improvement projects end-to-end.
• Optimize flows, layouts, slotting, replenishment, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with 3PLs to set expectations and drive sustainable action plans.
• Partner with Product & Tech to translate pain points into clear requirements.
• Lead automation and digitization initiatives to remove manual tasks.
• Turn local improvements into scalable, multi-site solutions and support site ramp-up.
