Najar is expanding its BDR team in Paris. As a Business Development Representative, you will engage potential customers, generate interest in our AI-driven procurement platform, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

Based in Paris or Île-de-France, you’ll bring at least 9 months of BDR experience in France/Europe, English proficiency, and a technical mindset. You’ll thrive in a fast-growing FinTech/SaaS environment and enjoy autonomy, learning, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• ≥9 months experience as an international BDR in France/Europe.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in English.
• Based in Paris or Île-de-France.
• Tech-savvy with demos and tool recommendations.
• Energetic, curious with strong communication.
