Backroads seeks a regional Leadership Development Lead to support field staff in France, Switzerland and Germany. Based in Pernes-les-Fontaines, this role works with the regional leadership team to identify needs, drive performance, retention and satisfaction across the region.

You will mentor a team of 15-20 Leaders, onboard new Leaders and TPSs, and coordinate regional meetings while partnering with Field Experts and regional managers to maintain high morale and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Trip Leading experience required.
• Mentoring experience, especially in leadership development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to motivate, coach and give feedback across leaders.

Responsabilités

• Serve as LD point of contact in assigned regions and provide leadership to Leaders & TPSs.
• Partner with regional leadership to focus on morale, performance and operations.
• Coordinate regional tasks such as certifications and visits.
• Welcome and onboard new Leaders & TPSs to the region.
• Lead on programs like GRAF & New to Europe and ensure regional reviews.
