801 France S.A.R.L. is seeking a Leadership Development Coordinator to oversee EU BLUE training logistics, welcoming 600+ field staff, and ensuring high-quality on-site and virtual delivery across Europe.

The role supervises BLUE Hosts, collaborates with the US Field Training Specialist and the LD team, and may support New to Europe training and Drive School facilitation, requiring strong mentoring, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Exceptional facilitation and public speaking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Self-sufficient with a proactive work style.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics for all European BLUE trainings.
• Supervise and support the team of BLUE Hosts.
• Maintain and update training documents and materials.
• Facilitate New to Europe training when scheduling allows.
• Serve as a Drive School instructor for NTE / NLT as needed.
