You will set strategy, hunt new accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing, while mentoring 5 engineers and aligning with client needs.

Qualifications

• Direct experience leading a sales force in complex consulting services
• Hunter/prospecting mindset is essential for this role

• Dynamic, assertive communicator who builds long-term client relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of BDEs across Eastern France (currently 5 members)
• Relay and drive commercial directives within teams
• Lead and supervise the team, including remote members
• Identify high and low performers and implement improvement plans
• Ensure the skills development of each team member
• Report on activity, define KPIs and set objectives for individuals and the team
• Develop a sales strategy for your geographic area and portfolio
• Identify strategic accounts and the decision-makers within your portfolio
• Own the full sales process from prospecting through to contract closing
• Ensure proper commercial follow-up and delivery of engagements
• Adopt a client retention approach through attentive follow-up and opportunities
• Provide high-quality reporting via Salesforce CRM
