Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role, incl. 2+ years in multi-retail store management.
• Experience managing regional budget, revenue forecasting and profitability.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate diverse teams.
• Travel approx. 30% of time.
• Fluency in English and French required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own business and people strategies for the region, with KPIs for each location.
• Oversee day-to-day regional operations, ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage the regional budget, forecast revenue and costs, maximize profitability.
• Empower Store Leaders with information, tools and support to align with priorities.
• Recruit, nurture high-potential employees and provide coaching and evaluations.
