Oxford Instruments plc is seeking a Manager of Direct Sales for EU South to lead a regional sales team across Southern Europe from our France hub. You will shape market access for advanced materials analysis solutions including electron microscopy, AFM, Raman and nano-indentation.

This high-impact leadership role focuses on strategy and execution, driving growth across diverse regions and multiple products and territories.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical or scientific sales.
• Leadership experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
• Scientific or engineering understanding preferred.
