Lightspeed in Paris seeks an experienced Strategic Account Manager for enterprise hospitality clients. You will own relationships, drive growth, and lead adoption in a cross-functional environment.

You will manage multi-level stakeholders, monitor SaaS metrics, and partner with Product and CS teams to ensure long-term value. Fluency in French and English is required, with hybrid work in Paris.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success with enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, adoption, renewals, churn) to steer portfolio.
• Fluent in French and English; comfortable engaging C-level and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for top hospitality customers in France.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, CS, Implementation, and Support to optimize the customer journey.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and share feedback to drive product improvements.
