Airbnb is seeking an Enterprise Accounts Associate to support the Enterprise Account Management team, oversee projects, and help onboard hotel groups worldwide. You will collaborate with hotel group headquarters, regional teams, and cross-functional Airbnb groups to drive onboarding, rollout, and partnership success.
In a typical day you’ll drive projects, maintain detailed tracking, communicate with stakeholders, and educate partners on how HotelTonight and Airbnb platforms operate.

As an Enterprise Accounts Associate, you will support the Enterprise Account Management team, oversee assigned projects, and support onboarding and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of hotel groups globally. You will contribute to strategic initiatives that drive partner success, including project management that involves collaboration with hotel group headquarters, regional teams, and cross-functional Airbnb groups. Projects will include onboarding/rollout of hotel groups, portfolio-level supply optimization, and platform education. A self-starter attitude and flexibility to move between client-facing discussions and operational project work are required to impact outcomes.
