Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive/Experienced Customer Partner based in Courbevoie, France. You will own the growth trajectory for large enterprise accounts, shaping opportunities, negotiating deals, and expanding multi-year partnerships across Kyndryl Consult and Managed Services.

You will work with CIOs/CTOs/CISOs and cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated, AI-enabled transformation programs, leveraging partner ecosystems and strong commercial governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategic enterprise sales, client partnerships, or growth in tech/IT services.
• Proven success in hunting net-new enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to engage, advise, and negotiate with C-level executives across business and technical domains.
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners across complex pursuits.
• Understanding of enterprise tech transformation, cloud, data & AI, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Fluency in French and English to lead enterprise engagements across France.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, qualify, and close high-value enterprise logos and open beachhead engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and business leaders.
• Lead priority pursuits from opportunity shaping to proposal, negotiations, and closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Consulting, Solutioning, and hyperscaler partners.
• Manage pipeline, revenue signings, margins, and forecasting via CRM.
• Translate customers’ business agendas into actionable account roadmaps and tech initiatives.
