Job summary

Terrific Innovation LTD. in Paris (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Success Manager to lead strategic enterprise relationships across Europe, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives and driving platform adoption to achieve measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure large customers realize value, renew, and expand, while shaping Terrific's Enterprise Success practice and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise customers in SaaS, commerce, media, technology, or digital platforms.
• Experience working with complex enterprise organizations and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Fluency in both French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across their lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing success planning.
• Develop success plans aligning customer objectives with business outcomes.
• Drive platform adoption, engagement, and long-term satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions across internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and new use cases.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive presentations.
• Monitor health, usage trends, and success metrics to address risks.
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals, expansions, and strategic planning.
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Help build Terrific's Enterprise Success processes and best practices.
