Job summary

Board International is seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our team in Paris. You will lead onboarding, enablement and ongoing management of partner resources to deploy, drive customer adoption and ensure healthy Board solutions.

As the primary partner contact, you will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Professional Services to build partner skills, manage escalations and support joint customer success for high ROI.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, enable and manage partner resources to deploy and drive customer adoption of Board solutions.
• Serve as the primary partner contact for platform challenges; escalate issues and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Professional Services to grow partner competency and align with account strategy.
• Run regular partner check-ins, reviews and alignment with Board roadmaps and initiatives.
• Coach partners to create delivery models and change management frameworks for customer success.
