Jobgether is seeking a Low-touch Customer Success Manager based in France to manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS accounts across the EMEA region in a remote-first setup. You will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal, translating product usage into measurable business value and ROI.

You will collaborate with IT and engineering stakeholders, drive scalable CS programs, and contribute to playbooks that improve retention and expansion across a growing customer base.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers and leading kickoffs, onboarding, stakeholder alignment, and quarterly business reviews.
• Technical fluency to engage with IT and engineering on APIs, integrations, authentication, and automation.
• Commercial experience supporting renewals and expansion with retention and revenue growth.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA, overseeing onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Lead kickoff and success planning sessions with stakeholders to align objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate onboarding and enablement for technical and business audiences to accelerate value.
• Establish a regular customer engagement cadence with health checks and executive reviews.
• Monitor health indicators and usage data to identify risks and coordinate escalations.
