Job summary

Jobgether in France is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise cybersecurity deployments. You will guide customers through onboarding, integration, configuration, and product adoption, translating complex tech into practical steps.

In collaboration with the CS team, you will troubleshoot issues, share best practices, and help renewals by proving value, while contributing feedback to improve the product and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role similar to Customer Success Engineering
• Strong understanding of on-premises and cloud platforms, IAM, networking, and APIs
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong stakeholder management
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex issues

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale technical contact, building relationships with customer stakeholders
• Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, integration, and product adoption
• Provide proactive technical recommendations to improve usage and value
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with internal teams
• Translate feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and product demonstrations
• Support renewals and expansion by demonstrating product value
